The new bamboo carbonization system is a small furnace using natural gas as a source of heat energy, suitable for a wide range of applications. It applies destructive distillation or pyrolysis to the carbonization process. A continuous system is designed for optimum thermal efficiency, using the furnace body, heating chamber, thermal insulation wall, and intelligent control system as a whole. The system is equipped with a small condensing tower for the collection of bamboo vinegar liquor, which enables the production of high-quality bamboo charcoal products with convenience, high efficiency, and quality, thus establishing a value chain for the industry.
